facilitated by Lauren Porter

When we become mothers, we enter into a new world of being, living and interacting.  Yet we are often quite alone, unsupported and with little opportunity to explore the issues at the heart of our lives.Open Heart workshops provide structure with a philosophical paradigm that allows participants to engage in authentic conversation, self-reflection and questioning.  Through this facilitated process, the opportunity for spacious awareness, learning and healing can emerge. The three workshops - anger, guilt and identity - can be taken together or in any combination you choose.  All workshops are limited to a maximum of 20 people.

Workshops are open to all mothers of any age and with any age children.  The workshops are facilitated by Lauren Porter, Co-Director of the Centre for Attachment. Babes in arms welcome at the workshops. All workshops are strictly limited to 20 participants and will close when the maximum numbers have been met. All workshops run from 9am until 1pm.
